All orders made before 12pm AEDT will be shipped out on the same day.
In busier periods and public holidays, please allow for 1-2 days handling time.
To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive them by Friday at the latest.

Express Parcel Post up to 500g - $15
We will endeavour to pack and post your delivery on the same day, however please be aware that because Australia is so far away, your delivery may take a little longer.
We offer 2 different types of international shipping:
International Post Standard / 6-10 business days - $70
International Express / 2-4 business days - $100
Eyecandy Lashes is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.
Please ensure there is a safe location for parcel to be left and clear instructions are placed with order.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
It is so important to us that you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if you are not satisfied with the quality or you have simply changed your mind.
In order for us to be able to accept your return, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, have absolutely no marks, damage or signs of use, and must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date.
In the unlikely event of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping cost.
Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please notify us within 14 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to eyecandymelbourne@gmail.com
We take pride with our products, so anything returned should be new, unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We insure each purchase during the time it's in transit until it's delivered to you. For all paid deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Please don't refuse a delivery.
Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Eyecandy Lashes is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, we will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.
